Damaged Charms? No Harm! If your precious jewel arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll whisk away the flaw and send you a sparkling replacement in return.

Exchange for Equivalence: We've got a glittering deal for you! Not satisfied with your purchase? Exchange your piece for an equally enchanting piece of the same value or even grander, however you ll have to pay an extra 100/- handling fee. Let your sparkle upgrade, on us!
